Delivery

Full Time and Part Time available for 2025 entry:

Students attend College two days a week (full time) or 1 day a week (part time).

Students will participate in a range of activities, including lectures, workshops, group work, presentations and practical activities and Science based practicals.

Students are encouraged to use a range of resources, including books and journals from the Learning Resource Centre on Campus, as well as online materials.

This is a fast pace course and you will be expected to have good attendance and complete independent study outside of lessons.

Assessment

The course is 100% coursework assessed.

This consists of reports, projects and presentations

  • 48 UCAS points
  • GCSE grades A* to C (9 – 4) in Maths and English Language
  • A Level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant subject at grade PPP or above, or 1 A Level with one in a related area
