Aimed at those with some knowledge or experience of warehousing & wishing to become supervisors/team leaders.
Learning outcomes
FLT Licence
- How to operate a Forklift Truck in a; Warehouse, Retail, Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistic setting
- Gain a Forklift Truck licence – Nationally recognised and valid for 3 years before a ‘Refresher’ is required
L3 Supervisory
- Learn how to lead a team to meet targets
- How to set goals and objectives
- How to report to senior managers
- How to motivate others
What could the above lead to;
- Becoming employed as an FLT driver with team leader responsibilities in Warehousing / Logistics
