The Level 3 Professional Cookery course is a full-time program that combines the practical skills and knowledge for a range of careers within the catering industry. This course allows you to follow in the footsteps of our ex-student Stuart Deeley, champion of MasterChef: The Professionals 2019.
The Level 3 Professional Cookery course is a one-year program that includes:
You will need to have achieved Level 2 Professional Cookery.
This course is assessed through a combination of assignments, test, skills test and synoptic examinations.
You could progress to higher education, apprenticeships within the catering and hospitality industry or employment.
A uniform is required, and details will be supplied at enrolment.
