Course content

This qualification will allow you to develop both management and technical skills required for the role of hair and beauty salon manager. There are five mandatory units in this qualification, including: management of health, safety and security in the salon, quality management of client care in the hair and beauty sector, sales management in the hair and beauty sector, public relations in the hair and beauty sector and salon management. We will also include additional practical units to accompany this academic course.

Entry Requirements

Entry on to this qualification can be via previous attainment of a hair or beauty qualification at Level 3.

Materials

You will need notepads, stationery, and folder to collate theory notes.

Beauty / Hairdressing uniform is useful for practical elements.
