Are you in a junior management role and are you or your employer keen to improve your managerial skills and techniques? Studying the Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership will give you practical knowledge of various approaches that are essential for successful management as well as helping you to develop your career. You will develop your knowledge of people management skills as well as developing your leadership skills.

This CMI Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership qualification will enable you to demonstrate your contemporary knowledge of management techniques and approach management problems successfully. You will gain valuable skills and Chartered Manager status which is regarded as the standard for excellence in leadership.

Each learner must create a portfolio of evidence generated from assignment tasks set by the CMI which demonstrate achievement of all the learning outcomes associated with each unit. Upon completing each unit, learners must declare that the work produced is their own, and the Assessor will countersign this.

The learner will complete internally assessed work in accordance with the qualification specification.

Entry Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, but as a Learner you will be ideally to be working within an organisation or role where they can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with. Learners on a Level 3 course who are already working and are aspiring to a managerial role and seeking qualifications will also meet the requirements.
