Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2
About this course
This new 15 month Apprenticeship is ideal for you if you have a confident manner and like dealing with people, either face to face or by phone. You will be well presented and become confident in forging good customer relationships as well as learning to deal with customer complaints and problems.
You will also work to improve your skills in English and Maths over the course of your Apprenticeship.
How will I be assessed?
You will work towards a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service while your practical customer facing skills will be guided and assessed in the workplace by a visiting College assessor, who will help you prepare for the End Point Assessment which takes place at the end of your Apprenticeship and will comprise a one to one interview and an observation of your customer service skills.
What do I need?
You will need at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above including English and Maths. In addition you will also need to secure a job with an employer.
Where can it take me?
College Progression - You can progress to a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
You need to be in employment.
